As the Managing Director and founder of Niclin Constructions, Nick brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry.

Dedicated to overcoming the challenges faced by communities in social housing, Nick’s approach is deeply personal, growing up in social housing himself.

He understands the impact these environments can have on individuals, and is committed to creating a positive change.

At the heart of Nick’s work is a vision for a future where social housing is a stepping stone to homeownership and greater opportunities.
